The IOTA Foundation has developed a new secure software wallet for IOTA tokens with biometric authentication. The new Trinity Wallet enables users to send, receive, and store IOTA tokens with a range of bespoke and innovative features from IOTA’s expert user community, according to Help Net Security.
IOTA is a non-profit foundation focused on distributed ledger technology (DLT). More than $1.8 billion in IOTA transactions have been completed, and Trinity has been downloaded more than 160,000 times in beta. The full release is now available for Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS and Android.
“Our industry-leading wallet, Trinity, delivers on IOTA’s goal to provide secure, accessible and community-driven token storage for the international cryptocurrency marketplace,” says Dominik Schiener, co-founder, IOTA Foundation.
Cybersecurity firms SixGen and Accessec have thoroughly audited the application, which IOTA says combines best-in-class security measures with simplified IOTA token storage and extensive customizability. Read More at BiometricUpdate...
